The American Tae Kwon Do - Moo Duk Kwan Academy is a family oriented martial arts facility owned and operated by Master Michael Lawrence. Master Lawrence is an internationally recognized 6th dan master Instructor in the art of American Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan. He has over twenty years teaching experience. He is also a member of the American Moo Duk Kwan Federation Executive Board of Masters.

Adult Martial Arts Program
Our adult program places an emphasis on the traditional & philosophical aspects of martial arts training coupled with realistic self-defense training. Master Lawrence has developed a curriculum that meets the needs of today's adults. It is energetic and benefits the student physically and mentally.
